Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order or using a Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or order a Service.

The Service Page and the Order Summary of each order form part of these Terms for that order. If they contain specific conditions for a Service, those conditions apply to that Service only.

2.Definitions

• "Service": any video game related service offered on the Website.
• "Service Page": the page of the Website that describes a Service, its scope, options, price and estimated completion time.
• "Order": your request for a Service, confirmed by payment.
• "Order Summary": the details of an Order shown before payment and confirmed after it, including the goal, selected options and price.
• "Booster": a skilled player engaged by us to perform all or part of a Service.
• "Game Account": the third-party gaming account, such as a Steam account, for which a Service is ordered.

3.Our services

We provide video game related services, including rank and progress services, completion of in-game goals and play together with a Booster, as described on each Service Page.

The scope, price, available options and estimated completion time of a Service are stated on its Service Page and in the Order Summary. An Order is complete when the goal stated in the Order Summary is reached. Any work outside that goal requires a new Order.

Services may be performed by Boosters on our behalf. Boosters do not accept payments from you and do not enter into a separate agreement with you. We remain your contracting party and handle orders, support, complaints and refunds.

Every Order is a one-time purchase. We do not charge you again or renew an Order automatically.

4.Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must own the Game Account an Order is placed for, or be authorized by its owner.
• You must use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with the law that applies to you.

We may refuse or restrict access to the Website and the Services where we reasonably suspect underage use, false information, unauthorized payment, fraud or another legal or security risk.

5.Game publishers and account risk

Deadlock Boosting is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or any other game publisher or platform. Deadlock, Steam and all related names, characters and artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Website for descriptive purposes only.

Our Services never involve cheats, bots, scripts, exploits or any unauthorized software. Every Service is performed by hand.

Game publishers may restrict account sharing, paid progression or other forms of assistance, and may take action against a Game Account at their own discretion. You are responsible for reviewing the rules that apply to your Game Account and for deciding whether to order a Service. Game updates, season resets, outages and enforcement decisions are outside our control and may affect the price, timing or outcome of an Order.

6.Orders and prices

Services shown on the Website are an invitation to place an Order. An Order is accepted when we confirm it or begin performing it, whichever happens first.

Before paying, check the Order Summary, including your current progress, the goal, region and selected options. Prices are shown before payment and include every selected option.

If the actual starting conditions differ materially from the information you provided, we may offer a revised price, a reduced scope or a different Service. We never charge an additional amount without your approval.

We may refuse or cancel an Order because of a pricing error, lack of availability, technical impossibility, suspected fraud or an unacceptable security risk. If we cancel before performance begins, you receive a full refund.

7.Payment and verification

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Payments may be subject to authentication, fraud screening and other risk controls operated by us or our payment providers.

We may request reasonable verification of identity, payment ownership or Game Account ownership where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve an ownership concern or comply with the law. Any data provided for verification is handled under our Privacy Policy.

8.Performance of services

We perform every Service with reasonable care and skill and in line with the Order Summary. Estimated start and completion times are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed deadlines, unless a Service Page states otherwise.

Maintenance, outages, queue times, matchmaking conditions, game updates and account restrictions may delay an Order. We inform you of material delays.

Boosters receive only the information needed for the assigned Order and must follow our confidentiality, security and conduct rules. We may replace a Booster where reasonably necessary.

9.Game account access

Some Services require temporary access to your Game Account. Where they do, you confirm that you own the account or are authorized to grant access, and you provide only the information needed for the Service through the channel we specify.

We never ask for the password to your email account, your banking details or your full payment card details.

While such a Service is in progress, do not use the Game Account unless agreed with us. Conflicting access may interrupt the Service, trigger security checks or cause a loss of progress. After completion, we recommend changing your password and reviewing your two-factor authentication settings.

10.Your obligations

You agree to:

• provide accurate information and respond to reasonable requests needed to perform the Service;
• keep the Game Account free of restrictions while an Order is in progress;
• communicate respectfully with Boosters and support;
• not offer or make payments to Boosters outside the Website, and report any such request to us;
• not use stolen payment methods or accounts, submit false information or interfere with the security of the Website;
• not resell the Services or copy the Website without our written consent.

If you change the scope, revoke required access or affect progress after performance begins, we may pause the Order and recalculate the remaining work. Any additional charge requires your approval.

11.Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds

You may cancel an Order at any time. Cancellations, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12.Complaints and payment disputes

To make a complaint, write to support@deadlock-boosting.com with your Order number, a description of the issue and the outcome you expect. We confirm receipt, review the order records and reply in writing as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback, so that we have a fair chance to resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or payment provider. While a chargeback or unauthorized payment claim is investigated, we may pause active Orders and restrict new purchases.

13.Suspension and termination

We may pause or cancel an Order, or refuse future Orders, in case of fraud, abusive conduct, repeated payment disputes, unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms or a serious security risk.

If we cancel for a reason not caused by you, we refund the undelivered part of the Order. If the cancellation results from your breach, you remain responsible for the reasonable value of the work already completed, and any remaining balance is refunded where the law requires.

14.Intellectual property

The original texts, design, illustrations, software and branding of the Website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or commercially use them without our written consent, except where the law allows.

Rights holders may send a detailed infringement or takedown request to support@deadlock-boosting.com.

15.Limitation of liability

Apart from the commitments in these Terms, the Service Page and the Order Summary, and the rights you have by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website, a particular match result, a permanent rank or any decision of a game publisher.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused solely by a game publisher's rules, outages or enforcement decisions. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Order.

You are responsible for foreseeable losses directly caused by your fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method or Game Account, or a material breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory right you have as a consumer.

16.Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including game updates, server outages, actions of game publishers, network or power failures and acts of authorities. If such an event prevents an Order from being completed within a reasonable time, you may cancel it and receive a refund of the undelivered part.

17.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to this agreement under the applicable rules of private international law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before any court that has jurisdiction under that law.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith through our complaints process.

18.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security or business reasons. The current version and its date are always published on this page. Changes apply to future Orders and do not reduce your rights under an Order already placed without your consent, unless the law requires it.

19.General provisions

These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Service Page and the Order Summary form the entire agreement for an Order. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
