Refund Policy
Last updated
This Refund Policy sets out when and how orders placed with Deadlock Boosting are refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the terms "Order", "Service", "Order Summary" and "Booster" have the meaning given there.
General principles
Our Services are performed over time, so refunds depend on how much of an Order has been delivered. Each request is reviewed against the Order Summary, the progress recorded for the Order, these rules and the law that applies to you.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel an Order before performance begins, you receive a full refund. No reason is required.
Cancellation after work begins
If you cancel after performance begins, you receive a refund of the undelivered part of the Order. It is calculated in proportion to the progress recorded for the Order, based on the price you actually paid, including any selected options and discounts.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel an Order for a reason not caused by you, including when we are unable to start it within a reasonable time, you receive a full refund if performance has not begun, or a refund of the undelivered part if it has.
Completed orders
A completed Order is not refundable merely because you changed your mind. If a completed Order does not match the Order Summary, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will complete or correct the Service, assign another Booster, offer a partial refund or issue a full refund.
Cases not eligible for a refund
Refunds do not cover:
- work already completed at the time of cancellation;
- losses or delays caused by inaccurate Order information, use of the Game Account during the Order without our agreement, changes you requested or failure to cooperate;
- changes to rank or progress after an Order is completed;
- price reductions or promotions that start after your purchase;
- amounts already returned to you through a chargeback.
Action taken by a game publisher against a Game Account is reviewed case by case. It does not by itself mean that the Service was defective.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may withdraw from an Order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason.
If you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay for the part of the Service delivered before we receive your notice, and the rest is refunded. Where you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences, the right of withdrawal ends once the Service has been fully performed.
To withdraw, send a clear statement with your Order number to support@deadlock-boosting.com. We confirm receipt without delay.
How to request a refund
Send your request to support@deadlock-boosting.com with your Order number and the reason for the request. We review the request against the order records and inform you of the decision and the refund amount as soon as possible.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the original currency, and initiated without undue delay. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge fees for refunds. Currency conversion differences and fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we agree an alternative refund method with you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. A refund through our support is usually faster and leaves no dispute on your payment history. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or payment provider.
While a chargeback is investigated, we may pause active Orders and provide the relevant order records to the payment provider.
