Last season’s rank sets the price of one match, and the total is that rate times the number of matches. Priority, a live stream and a hero pool are optional. Check the summary, then pay.

Each ranked season starts with eight calibration matches. The game carries part of your previous performance into that set and awards a starting rank from the results. Oracle VI is the highest rank calibration can give: it is a ceiling set by the game, not a promised result.

No. Calibration counts matches played, including losses. The number you select is the work that gets done, however many of those games are won.
Look at your new badge first. To reach a specific rank, order a rank boost. For a fixed number of net wins at the rank you have, order Ranked Wins. Both work in Solo or Duo once your rank is visible.
